Terms of Service

By accessing or using Match Analytics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or on-site notification.

Match Analytics provides probabilistic tennis match projections, statistical analysis, and related data services. Our projections are generated by machine learning models trained on historical match data. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to predictions, analytics, and tools.

Match Analytics provides statistical projections and probabilistic analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Our predictions are not financial advice, betting advice, or gambling recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own decisions regarding any wagers or financial actions. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. All projections carry inherent uncertainty — they represent probabilities, not certainties.

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period only. Free trials automatically convert to the Free tier if not upgraded.

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or republish our predictions or data without written permission; (b) use automated scripts or bots to scrape data beyond your API allocation; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our models or algorithms; (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (e) share your account credentials with others; (f) misrepresent Match Analytics predictions as your own original analysis in commercial contexts.

API access is available on the Sharp tier and above, subject to the rate limits specified in your plan (currently 500 calls/day for Sharp). Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. API access is for personal or internal business use only. Commercial redistribution of API data requires a separate enterprise agreement.

All content, models, algorithms, predictions, and data compilations provided by Match Analytics are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. Historical match data used in our models is sourced from publicly available records.

While we strive for accuracy and transparently publish our track record, we make no warranty that our predictions will be correct for any specific match. Model accuracy is reported as an aggregate metric across many predictions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee for individual outcomes. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering decisions. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
